TinyTown Rugs is a small business, and a real person reads every message. We usually reply within {{REPLY_TIME}}, Monday to Friday.
Help us help you faster
- About an order: include your order number (it's in your order confirmation email) and the email address you ordered with.
- A problem with your rug: send a photo of the whole rug laid flat and close-ups of the problem. If it was damaged in transit, add photos of the packaging and shipping label. Please write within 30 days of delivery; our Refunds policy explains what happens next.
- Your proof: use the link in your proof email to see it on our website, where you can approve it or ask for changes. If you have a question about it, just email us.
- Canceling or changing an order: include your order number. You can cancel for a full refund, or change the size or shipping address, at any time before you approve your proof.
- A question before you order: tell us the town you have in mind and what you'd like to know.
Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us from the address you used with us, with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle these requests.
Copyright and trademark concerns
If you believe something we've made or published uses your photo, artwork, trademark or other content without permission, email us with "Rights concern" in the subject line. Please include:
- your name and how to contact you;
- what the content is, and why you believe it belongs to you or to someone you represent;
- anything that helps us find the design or page you're concerned about.
We'll look into it promptly and reply to you.

Please don't send rugs to this address. Our rugs are made and shipped by our print partner, and we don't usually need them back. If we ever do, we'll tell you where to send yours.
